How to register in Finland

  1. If the property is an investment property (owner does not reside there) and lets are shorter than 4 weeks, confirm you stay within the new 90-day annual limit in force from January 2026.
  2. Register under EU Regulation 2024/1028 once the national process is operational (from 20 May 2026).
  3. Display the registration number on every listing.
