Request change notifications — Croatia

Notice. Guest registration via eVisitor (within 24h of arrival) is a SEPARATE, older obligation from the new eTourism property registration — hosts must comply with both.
Notice. A further Hospitality Industry Act is planned from 1 January 2027, on top of the 2026 eTourism rollout — expect another layer of change.

How to register in Croatia

  1. Register the property in the eTourism system to obtain the unique registration number (mandatory from June 2026).
  2. Separately, register every guest in eVisitor within 24 hours of arrival — this duty already exists and is enforced independently.
  3. Check for local moratoria or quotas on new tourist licences, particularly in Dubrovnik, Split and Zadar.
  4. Display the eTourism number on every listing.
